Quick start
Create a deck, add a note, and study your first card.
Already have Anki decks? Import them instead.
Open Rondo
Open the web app or a Rondo app. It works without an account: your decks stay on that device. Sign in when you want them on your other devices too.
Make a deck
On Decks, choose New deck, give it a name, and choose Save.
Add a note
Open the deck and choose Add note. Keep the type Basic and fill in the front and back:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Front | What is the capital of Japan? |
| Back | Tokyo |
Choose Add. Rondo turns the note into a card; the editor stays open so you can add another.
Study it
Back on the deck, choose Study. Think of the answer, choose Show answer, then say how it went.
Come back tomorrow: Decks shows how many cards are due in each deck.
Start small
Keep each card to one question. A few clear cards are easier to study than one card with a whole paragraph to remember.
